Photographs are non-contractual.

3. Orders

Any confirmed order implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Petit Matin reserves the right to refuse an order in case of product unavailability or exceptional circumstances.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros (€).
Petit Matin reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on the website.

6. Delivery

Petit Matin primarily delivers within Paris city.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
Reasonable delays shall not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made before 5pm the day before delivery.

Refunds cannot be issued after 5pm the day before delivery, except in the case of a proven issue or delivery error.

8. Liability

Petit Matin shall not be held liable for:

improper storage of products after delivery;
undisclosed food allergies;
events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
